OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 edition coming, suggests leak

A few days ago, we reported about the postponement of the OnePlus Watch launch date, but the delay didn’t stop leaks from surfacing on the internet. What we’ve got to know is very interesting and will get you even more excited about the upcoming OnePlus Watch. According to the famous tipster Digital Chat Station, OnePlus is also planning to launch a Cyberpunk 2077 edition of its upcoming OnePlus Watch, similar to what the company is doing with the OnePlus 8T.

The tipster also shared an image of the wearable’s custom straps and according to the image, the OnePlus Watch will feature a black silicone wrist strap with yellow accents. Beyond that, we know nothing about the OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 edition, and that allows us to do some guesswork — it could very well happen that OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 edition will feature custom themes, animations, watch faces, just like the OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk 2077  edition.

Just like how the OnePlus 8T and its Cyberpunk 2077 edition are similar in the sense that they both have pretty much the same specs, we’re also expecting that the OnePlus Watch and its special edition will have the same internals. However, it’ll be interesting to see whether or not the Cyberpunk 2077 edition mimics the circular dialer that the regular OnePlus Watch is expected to feature.

Unfortunately, we don’t know when OnePlus will launch its first-ever smartwatch, but these wearables are unlikely to launch this year. It’s possible that OnePlus will launch both the OnePlus Watch and the OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 edition alongside OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. Meanwhile, you can share your thoughts on the upcoming OnePlus Watch down in the comments.
